Pump Test Stand High Temperature
- Profile
- Technical data
- Media & Downloads
The pump test stand is used to test submersible pumps under load whilst applying pressure and temperature.
This is done in line with final pump inspection to simulate the actual operating conditions.
- Workshop: Assembly area for equipping the reference tube
- Container I – III – 40ft: Reference tube with circulation line
- Container IV – 40ft: Reservoir, equalizing tank, control and regulating valves, pump units and tube bundle heat exchanger
- Container V – 20ft: heating- and cooling unit
- Programmable logic controller (PLC) with safety control (SRECS)
- Electro-hydraulic loading system for pumps
- The monitoring and control elements as well as the monitoring screens are located in a specially isolated control room.
