The KOLLER Coiled Tubing Skid 100 was developed to cement freeze holes up to 350 m depth. The system is designed to use injectors with up to 9 tons / 20,000 lbs pull force. In the present configuration the injector pulls 5 tons / 11,023 lbs. The maximum tubing length on the reel is 1000 m.

All the drive and control instruments are placed within a 20ft container. It contains the hydraulic power pack, the air-conditioned operator’s cabin, as well as the supply hoses and the test leads. The supply hose reels are hydraulic-driven. The unit is fitted with a safety shutdown (deadman switch).
